Observation

Licensor observed chunks of paint on walls gone in several places and chipping paint throughout the site. Tape on floors, tables/ shelving that was peeling off and had visible sticky residue. Soft barrier in one room by window sill was observed to have chunks gone from it and was peeling off with visible sticky residue. Recaulking of window needed in 1 room. Sinks were observed to have carpets by them. One room was observed to have a chunk of wood gone from top of half door.
